How to create a finit product

Written by Andrei

Adding new products is done from the administration account, from the Configuration menu item, Products page.

To set up a product that contains a recipe, you'll need to create it from the "+" button next to the product list:

We create, for example, the product Garlic Sauce, which we have for sale locally.

The product type must be selected on Contain recipe.

Below is the Product Recipe. You have to click on Add raw material to the recipe, and a new window with the list of raw materials will open.

If you do not have the ingredients of this product in the list of raw materials, it is advisable to create them from this button Add:

A new raw material configuration window will open.

  • RAW MATERIAL CONFIGURATION:

"Yogurt" raw material configuration example:

Fill in the fields with the name of the raw material (1), the unique SKU code (2), the unit of measure (3). You can also select the amount of VAT, and add tags for the stock, if you wish. Then just save the raw material and it will appear in the list.

To add this raw material to the product recipe, you must select it from the list and fill in the field of the raw material used in the recipe in the Use field.

For example, if I want to add 0.2 KG of "Yogurt" to my "Garlic Sauce" recipe, it will look like this:

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I see all my recipes without opening each product individually?

A: Yes, you have two options:

Method 1: Export the product list

Go to Nomenclator → Products. At the top of the page, next to the green POS button (used for syncing), there's a download button. Click it and download the file — it contains all products and their recipes.

Method 2: Hover over the product label

In the product list, hover over the colored label next to each product name (blue label = product with merchandise, purple label = finished product with recipe). A tooltip will show the recipe details without opening the product.
