How do you set your delivery brands as open/closed?

Important: Activating or stopping a restaurant on delivery platforms (Wolt, Bolt Food, Deliverect) is done only from the Ebriza POS. You cannot reactivate the restaurant from a laptop or the administration account.

Here is what you need to do in order to stop or restart receiving orders from delivery platforms, directly using the Ebriza POS app:

  1. Open the main menu from the upper left corner.

  2. Select the Delivery option.

  3. Choose which brands currently accept orders by checking the Accept orders option (available for Wolt / Bolt Food / Deliverect).

Here is what you need to do in order to temporarily stop receiving orders from certain delivery platforms, directly using the Ebriza POS app:

  1. Open the menu from the upper left corner.

  2. Select the Delivery option.

  3. Choose which brands currently accept orders and which brands no longer accept orders at the moment. (available for Wolt/Boltfood/Deliverect)

Warning!

Once set as inactive (not accepting orders), the restaurant will be active once again only when you manually turn it to Accepting orders.

A: The location of delivery couriers for delivery platforms cannot be checked from Ebriza. For information about the courier's location, contact directly the delivery platform the order came from.
