Updates to iOS 15 have caused some network and Wi-Fi connectivity issues that may lead to synchronization problems between devices (including between devices and/or printers). For optimal functioning of Ebriza POS on your iOS device, please follow these steps:
Forget ALL Wi-Fi networks on your device - including the one to which the POS devices and printers are connected:
Turn off Wi-Fi.
Power off the tablet/phone.
Restart the Router:
Turn it off using the on/off button, wait for 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
Power on the tablet/phone.
Reconnect to the Wi-Fi network dedicated to the sales system on location.
Don’t forget to disable the options "Private Wi-Fi Address" and "Limit IP Address Tracking".
