Filters for stocks help you display a customized selection of your stocks (goods, raw materials, packaging, and consumables).
These filters are used when creating an inventory sheet, running reports (Stock Analytical Balance or Management Report), or in the Stocks page of your Management, for a quicker view of the stocks you are interested in.
You can create an unlimited number of filters; they remain saved in Management and can be edited at any time.
Whether you are on the Stocks page, creating a new inventory sheet, or in the Reports menu accessing a management report, you will find the blue button "+Add Filter".
After clicking it, a filter configuration box will open, where you will select, by checking, the stocks you want this filter to contain.
The list will display all the stocks in your management, and above the list, you have several filtering fields that help you quickly find the stocks you want to check.
For example, in the image above, I chose to display in the list only the goods-type stocks and only those that currently have a positive quantitative value. In the top left of the list, Ebriza indicates that 31 of the 484 stocks in my Management meet these two conditions. I checked the Prigat Pears 1 stock, thus adding this stock to the filter.
After you have finished checking all the stocks you want to include in this filter, name the filter and choose a color for the label. Then press Save.
After saving it, you will notice a new label corresponding to your filter has appeared, next to the other stock filtering labels.
Remember, you can revisit and edit a filter by clicking the pencil icon that appears when the cursor hovers over the filter label.
