Where can I find reports in Ebriza?
Ebriza POS Application
In the top left menu, under the Sales section, you can find the reports:
Sales User X (for the logged-in user with PIN)
All Sales (for all users)
Note! In the All Sales section, only users with "Write" permissions on Reports set from the administration account will have access.
You can choose one of the predefined time periods
The "Opening" tab will generate the report for the current day, starting from the opening time set in the company’s schedule on the Dashboard in the administration account.
Print the report on one of the non-fiscal printers if needed, using the button in the top right corner.

In the left menu, find the Reports section. Regardless of the Ebriza subscription you use, you have access to a set of reports called Global Reports.
Global reports are grouped into categories. In the Reports menu, you will see two sections: Sales and Accounting. Stock reports — Inventory Report, Consumption Report, and NIR Summary Report — also appear under the Accounting section; there is no separate “Inventory” category in the menu. If you have the Insights app installed, a third section, Insights, will also appear, containing your customized reports.
The Reports section is accessible to users with "Write" permissions on Reports - see here how to set permissions for users.
WARNING!
All global reports are generated for the location where you are logged in (see the top of the screen - in the middle).
They can be generated for any time interval, and grouping can be done from hourly to yearly.
Insights Application
Add the Insights application from the Marketplace to your Ebriza account to benefit from an additional suite of pre-configured global reports!
Additionally, you receive 7/7 support from the Ebriza support team for configuring all the customized reports you need.

Please note: not every report that sounds "advanced" requires Insights. Sales by rooms, Sales by VAT rates and Sales by VAT rates and product type are standard reports and open on any account. First check the list of standard reports in the Sales, Accounting and Stock categories — Insights adds reports on top of them, it does not replace them.
Once created, these reports are saved in your account and can be accessed anytime both on the web and in the Ebriza OPS mobile app!

Download the Ebriza OPS mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, and you will have access from your phone or tablet to all the reports in your administration account, updated in real-time.
Custom reports are built on top of the data Ebriza already saves; if the requested information relies on points in time or on events that are not saved - for example the duration of orders in the kitchen - the report cannot be built, neither standard nor custom.
