Reports Menu

  • We have reorganized the reports into three categories: Sales, Accounting, and Inventory.

  • We have added hyperlinks in Reports! You can download issued invoices directly from the Issued Invoices Summary report, click on the product name in the product sales reports to go to the product's edit page, or on the order number in the order reports to go to the order details page.

  • All reports now run only for the current location - the one you are logged in to.

  • We have added new data filtering options in all Reports: filter by user, payment method, delivery platform, etc.

  • We have added the "Cost of Goods" column in the Analytical Stock Balance, which represents the margin (%) between incoming and outgoing stock from inventory.

  • All graphic reports can be displayed in table form, from the three dots in the top right corner.

  • The first filter in each report indicates the number of results the report initially returns. You can change the value at any time, or select "All".

  • You can sort the values in the columns with measurable data in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column name.

Dashboard

  • We have added the Top Categories and Top Tag charts to the Dashboard, where you can quickly track the performance of the best-selling categories and tags.

  • We have added the number of receipts for the current day and the average receipts for the current day on the Dashboard.

Insights

  • We have added five preconfigured reports for Insights app users, which you can find in the Insights category in the Reports menu.

  • Custom report configuration is now done exclusively by the support team. Whenever you need a custom report, contact us, and we will configure the report with priority.

  • You can now request the creation of trend reports for your products, stocks, categories, or tags: track their performance over time in parallel; Check the Product Trends and Delivery Trends reports for examples.
