Customers will see on this secondary screen the name of the products on the order, the quantity, the price and the total of the placed order. They will be able to select the tips offered at the end of the order, which will be added to the order automatically.
What should you do?
Access the Ebriza Marketplace and install the Customer facing display app.
2. After installation, select the Customer facing display application from the Ebriza POS menu.
3. Open the URL in the open window in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS) on the tablet that you want to show to customers and write the displayed code to synchronize the POS with the screen. If you would like, you can add the web page as an app to your home screen, to make it easier for you when you restart the app, accessing iOS or Android.
4. Customer facing screen is connected, you can disconnect it from Disconnect client screen button.
5. After marking the products, click on Tips, and the customer will be able to select the offered tip.
6. The customer can choose a percentage amount by selecting one of the suggested options, or an absolute value by selecting the Other amount button. The tip is automatically added to the bill, all you have to do is select the payment method.
