In case you run Ebriza POS on a mobile phone device, you need to adjust some default settings, so the app is not restricted in terms of backround usage.
Steps for Android devices:
go to phone settings
select Battery and device care / Întreținere baterie și dispozitiv
select Battery / Baterie
select Backround usage limits / Limitare utilizare în fundal
select Never sleeping apps / Aplicații active întotdeauna
select the plus button and add Ebriza POS
Also, in order to be able to unlock the phone quickly when taking an order, you can set your locking screen mode to none, so you can easily unlock it by just pressing the power button.
go to phone settings
select Lock screen / Blocare ecran
select None / Niciuna
Steps for iPhones:go to iPhone settings
select General
select Backround app refresh / Reîmprospătare în fundal
make sure the option is ON for Ebriza POS
