Preferential Pricing for Delivery Platforms

Written by Ionut

A preferential price allows you to set different prices on each of the delivery platforms you have integrated with Ebriza.

You can add this from the menu point Configuration - Products for each product individually, by clicking the three dots - Edit.

For example, product X will have the following prices:

  • Location: 30 RON

  • Bolt Food: 29 RON

  • Glovo: 31 RON

You will add the preferential prices from the Delivery Platform Price point by clicking the button +Add Delivery Platform Price and setting the prices by selecting the platform and the corresponding price.

When synchronizing the menu with each platform, it will take the set preferential price.

Important: This functionality is available if you have installed one of the integration apps in your account (e.g., Bolt Food).

Frequently asked questions

Q: What happens if I change a product's price in Ebriza but don't sync the menu with the delivery platforms?

A: If you make price changes in Ebriza (Configuration → Products) but do NOT sync with the delivery platforms, prices will differ between the two systems:

  • In Ebriza, the new prices will appear and will be printed on fiscal receipts.

  • On the delivery platform (Glovo / Bolt Food / Wolt), the old prices will remain.

This causes mismatches at checkout. Any menu or price change made in Ebriza must be synced with the delivery platforms by accessing the relevant app in your Ebriza account → Brand Settings → Sync menu.

Q: I set a preferential price for a platform but the displayed price still hasn't changed. What should I check?

A:

  1. Verify again in Configuration → Products that the preferential price is correctly saved for that platform.

  2. Check whether the Dine-In option is enabled (Bolt-specific) — when Dine-In is active, the system sends the location prices, not the preferential ones.

  3. Re-run the menu sync from the platform app → Brand Settings → Sync menu.
