Obtaining the digital certificate

Once the functionality of sending invoices issued through ebriza to the Virtual Private Space is implemented, it is necessary to ensure that you have the token with the digital certificate of access to the SPV. This is the idea where you will have to authorize Ebriza, with this token, to access the SPV on your behalf and send invoices there.

Steps to follow:

If you already have an accountant who submits the declarations for the company, you can call on him because he has the digital certificate that is required when obtaining authorization in the S.P.V.

If you do not have a digital certificate and/or cannot access the S.P.V., but you want to authorize Ebriza to send the e-Invoice, you must go through two main steps:

  • Obtaining a digital certificate

  • Obtaining access to S.P.V.

Choose the package you want and follow the necessary steps.

At the end, you will specify that you will use the certificate in your relationship with ANAF.

The company that sent it to you will help you obtain a confirmation document.

Obtaining access to the S.P.V. for your company

Before you start, you will need the following documents and information:

  • The qualified digital certificate (details in the first part of the article)

  • The confirmation document with ANAF letterhead digitally signed by you and the company that issued your certificate (image above)

  • Copy of the identity document of the legal representative/designated representative/proxy

  • The documents from which the quality of legal representative, designated representative or authorized representative results.

Access to the SPV is done according to the following steps:

  • On the anaf.ro website, go to the Online Services > User Registration section

  • In the Virtual Private space, choose the option of Registration / Enrollment of individuals / legal entities

  • Select user registration for legal entities and then User registration with digital certificate

  • Fill out the form with your identification data

1. Quality: The quality you choose for the company

2. Confirmation document: the document you obtained when you received your digital certificate, signed by you and the company that issued your certificate

  • Upload the archive with the supporting documents (copy after CI, the document certifying your status in the company)

  • Fill in the codes required by the form and select Submit.

You will receive a confirmation both on the interface and by email. The request will be analyzed, and if it is approved, you will receive access to the S.P.V.

The process can take from a few hours to a few days.
