The Glovo On Demand application is an integration with the Glovo On Demand platform that allows you to request a specialized partner for order delivery.
Note: To use the Glovo On Demand integration in our application, you must have a prior contractual relationship with Glovo.
CONFIGURATION:
Create an account on the Glovo On Demand platform.
Install the Glovo LaaS application from the Ebriza Marketplace.
From your Glovo On Demand account, go to Settings -> API Credentials -> select Renew credentials and copy both.
Attention: It is very important to press the "Renew Credentials" button only once. Pressing this button repeatedly will change the authentication credentials.
Access Glovo On Demand from your Ebriza account - Settings - Settings. Enter the credentials copied in step 3 as follows:
Enter the ApiKey in the CLIENT ID field, and ApiSecret in the API SECRET field.
USAGE:
After issuing the fiscal receipt, go to Paid Orders.
Select the order you want to send to the driver, then press "Send to driver - Glovo.laas".
After selecting "Send to driver", you can track the status of the order by selecting Track.
You can see different statuses of the order depending on the moment you are tracking the delivery, such as:
After the order has been delivered, go to Paid Orders and change the status to "Delivery completed".
