Advanced Settings in POS

In addition to the general settings available in the Control Center, Ebriza POS also includes a group of advanced settings that apply individually to each existing device.

From the POS, access the Other menu from the 4-line menu icon, then click on Settings.

In the Settings section, you will find the following options:

General Settings

  1. Language – you can choose between: Romanian / English / German / Spanish / Czech.

  2. Interface appearance – Dark Mode / Light Mode.

  3. Counter Mode – enabling sales in counter mode is recommended in high-order-volume situations where it is not necessary to assign products to tables or different rooms. This mode speeds up the sales process and the printing receipts.

  4. Unregister Device – use this option if you want to log out from the Ebriza POS.

General Notifications

  1. App Notifications – allows the application to send you real-time alerts and updates.

  2. Notifications Sound alert – receive a sound alert whenever a new notification arrives.

    Bill Settings

  1. Order Receipt Positioning – set how you want the order receipt to be positioned.

  2. Quick Payment Buttons – you can choose the 2 payment methods that should be easiest to access:
    Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, Fiscal Protocol, Voucher, Payment Note.

  3. Client identifier – allows you to add a number on the order receipt, useful when using identification objects for customers who place orders and wait in the location.

  4. Order type – allows you to add the serving method (Dine-in / Takeaway) on the order receipt if this information is important for the team preparing the orders.

  5. Tip Values – you can choose the main tip percentages/values displayed in the POS.

  6. Discount Values – you can choose the main discount percentages/values displayed in the POS.

Delivery Settings

New order sound notification – enable this option to receive a notification every time a new delivery order arrives.

Unaccepted order sound notification – receive notifications when an order is not accepted

Preparation Time Options – allows you to set a standard preparation time for incoming orders.

Print Labels – enables automatic label printing when the fiscal receipt is issued.

Print Receipt Copy – a duplicate of the order receipt will be printed, which you can hand to the customer.

Printers Settings

Receipt Template – allows you to configure the appearance of non-fiscal receipts issued, according to the location’s preferences and needs.
