Ebriza POS Next includes an offline mode that allows you to continue processing sales even when the internet connection is unavailable.
How offline mode works
If the internet connection stops working, users can still issue fiscal or non-fiscal receipts in Ebriza, as long as the tablet remains connected to the same local WiFi network as the cash register or non-fiscal printer.
In this setup, the application can still communicate locally with printing devices, ensuring uninterrupted receipt printing and sales operations.
Offline limitations
While sales and printing continue to work locally, there is an important limitation:
Receipts are not sent to the server while the device is offline.
This means that transactions will not be visible in real time in the system and will not appear in reports until the internet connection is restored.
Data synchronization
Once the internet connection is restored, all receipts issued in offline mode are automatically synchronized with the Ebriza server.
After synchronization, the data will be available in:
the Sales menu
the Reports section
Conclusion
Ebriza’s offline mode ensures business continuity even during internet outages, without affecting the ability to issue or print receipts locally. All data is automatically updated once the connection is restored.
