You changed something about your products in Ebriza — most commonly the photos, but also the price, name, description, or category — and you’re wondering whether the change will also appear on the delivery apps.
In short: no, it does not update automatically
No change made to a product in Ebriza is automatically sent to a delivery platform. It is not triggered by saving the product, the green POS synchronization button, receiving a new order, or simply waiting.
The only way for a change to reach the platform is by running a menu synchronization from the brand settings for the respective platform. This is mandatory and is the only way.
How to send the change to the platform
Go to Apps and open the platform app (Bolt Food, Wolt, or Glovo).
Click the Brand Settings button.
Select the brand and the product configuration used for the platform.
Click Sync Menu and start the synchronization.
Run the synchronization for every brand where you want the change to appear. A brand for which you have not run the synchronization will keep the old menu.
What does NOT replace menu synchronization
Marking the product as unavailable and then available again. This action only sends the product’s availability to the platform — never the photo, price, name, description, or category.
The green POS synchronization button in the administration console. This updates your company’s POS tablets and does not send anything to delivery platforms.
Closing and reopening the store on the platform. This only resends the store status (open/closed), not the menu.
What to check before synchronization
Only the products included in the product configuration selected for that brand are sent. If the modified product is not included in that configuration, it will not reach the platform, no matter how many times you run the synchronization. See the article “I synchronized the menu, but some products do not appear on the delivery platform.”
Newly created products are automatically added only to the default “Product Catalog” configuration. They must be added manually to the configurations used for delivery.
If you changed the photo, make sure the image is uploaded and saved on the product in Ebriza before running the synchronization.
Exception: GloriaFood
There is no menu synchronization from Ebriza for GloriaFood. The menu — including photos and prices — is maintained directly in your GloriaFood account. If you use GloriaFood, update the product in both places and keep the same name, SKU, and price.
I synchronized the menu and still don’t see the change
If the synchronization stopped with an error, it means the platform did not accept the menu. Check the error message and contact us if it is unclear.
If the synchronization completed without an error, but the product is completely missing from the platform, the issue is with the product configuration — see the article “I synchronized the menu, but some products do not appear on the delivery platform.”
If you ran the synchronization for the correct brand, the product is included in the configuration, and the change still does not appear, contact us via chat or at support@ebriza.com and provide: the platform, brand name, product name, and approximately when you last ran the synchronization.
