If you want to have images with your products in the Ebriza POS application, you can do this directly from the administration account. You have several possibilities:

Choose the desired image, and after you have finished editing, click on the Save button at the top left.
2. If you created the product and want to assign an image to it later, you have to enter the Configuration section, in the Product List, to find that product (you can search for it using the magnifying glass on the top right), then you have to click on the 3 points next to it and select Edit. You will be directed to the product editing page, where you can follow the steps above (point 1).
3. If you have several images that you want to upload at once with a list of products (see how you can import products into Ebriza here), you need to follow these steps:
a. Click on the import icon:
b. Select Upload multiple images:
c. You will be redirected to a new page where you have to click on the icon that looks like a plus + sign, from the top right. A new file upload window will open. Follow the steps as shown in the pictures:
d. After clicking Add, a window will open where you will have to select the images you have entered in the table with the list of products for import. (see the article for importing products here).
Warning: image names must be exactly the same as those listed in the table.
When you have finished uploading the images, click Save.
e. The last step is to go back to the first page and import the excel file with the product list that also contains the image names.
What size should the images be?
You do not need to prepare your images before uploading them. Upload the photo as it is - Ebriza optimises it automatically when you save it.
Every uploaded image is automatically resized so that neither its width nor its height goes over 1200 pixels. The proportions of the photo stay the same - nothing is cropped out of the image.
A photo that is already smaller than 1200 pixels is kept exactly as you uploaded it. Ebriza never enlarges an image, so a small photo does not become sharper by uploading it again.
There is no benefit in uploading a very large photo straight from your phone or camera: the result on screen is the same, only the upload takes longer. About 1000-1200 pixels on the longest side is enough for a good result.
The file format is preserved (a JPG stays a JPG, a PNG stays a PNG), including the transparent background of a logo saved as PNG.
Photos uploaded before this improvement have also been optimised once, in the same way. The photo keeps the same address, so you do not have to upload it again and there is nothing to redo - neither in Ebriza nor on the delivery platforms.
Images on delivery platforms (Bolt Food, Wolt, Glovo)
Images uploaded here are not automatically sent to the delivery platforms. After uploading or changing a photo, run the menu synchronization from Apps → platform app → Brand Settings → Sync Menu, for each brand where you want to see the new photo. This is the only way for a photo (or a change to the price, name, or description) to reach the platform. For GloriaFood, there is no menu synchronization from Ebriza — photos must be uploaded directly to your GloriaFood account.
