To access the Orders menu item, you must log in to the Ebriza administration account, and on the left side of the page you will find this page.

All orders marked in the Ebriza POS application in the form of a table are recorded in Orders, as follows:

Quick view of an order:

  • By clicking on an order, a window will open with all the details of that order: the payment method, what products were marked, at what price, what quantity, what was the VAT. It will look like this:

Detailed view of an order:

  • By clicking on the 3 dot points on the right of an order, then on View, a new page will open with all the details of that order.

- From here you can cancel an order, from the Cancel button. Click here for more details about canceling an order.

At the bottom of the page you will also find the option to issue the invoice * for the respective order.

* To issue an invoice to a customer, you need the Customers application, click here for more details.

Export

The export button is to the right of the page and looks like a down arrow.

From this button you can:

  • download a list of checked orders from the box to the left of the order (you can check the orders individually or all on one page by checking the first box at the top as in the example in the image), then click on Export.

  • download invoices - several at once if they appear on a single page, one by one if they are checked from the box on the left.

Search for orders

To search for past orders, just click on the search magnifier icon in the upper right, then you have the option to choose a certain time interval, as well as to filter the orders according to several criteria:

[tags: where I find all my orders, where I find all the invoices issued to my clients, orders, download invoices, download invoices, vouchers, past orders]
