Each product in your menu will contain a recipe containing the raw materials / goods related to these products, click here to see how to add a product in Ebriza.
The Cappuccinno product is of the type Contains Recipe, we notice the amount of raw materials in its recipe.
This product, once created we will find it in the Ebriza POS, from where it can be marked and sold to customers.
After the sale was completed (the fiscal receipt was issued), the configured quantities of raw materials from the Cappuccino 200ml product recipe were deducted from stock.
If the sale was made from the “Sales” menu based on a manually entered invoice, the quantities from the recipes will be deducted when the invoice is paid.
To register the payment, go to the administration page → “Sales” menu → click the three dots next to the invoice → “View” → “Collect Payment”.
To check this stock move we use the Stock Management application at History section.
As for the Merchandise(goods) products (I seel it as I buy it), their recipe will look like this:
The discharge from the stock management will be identical, in Stock Management - History the stock movement will appear the same:
Note — goods and raw material are two different stocks; if you sell the same item both as goods and through a recipe, the two stocks do not sync (see the question in the article "How to choose the Type of Product").
