The Devices section is located in the Ebriza POS NEXT app on the tablet. There is no Devices menu in the admin account (www.ebriza.com) — managing printers and peripherals, viewing the list of POS devices on the network, and connecting a new device (PIN or QR code) are all done exclusively from the app.
After logging in to the Ebriza POS NEXT app on the tablet, open the Devices menu.
At the top left, you'll find the two main sections:
Printers and Peripherals
POS Devices in network
Printers and Peripherals
This section displays all the printers installed at the location where you are logged in
Click the printer you want to modify. From here, you can rename it or add and configure printing rules:
The following steps explain how to set up printing rules for printers:
Go to the Print Rules section - Configure print rules
Select the types of receipts you want the printer to issue by checking the options on the page — print bill, preparation order, delivery bill, order cancellation bill
NEW: For the preparation order, you can choose which rooms to print on and which product tags to include.
IMPORTANT: You can ONLY add these print settings for rooms and tags to preparation orders.
Now that you've selected the options you want, all you have to do is click the Save button at the bottom.
2. POS Devices in network
For the Customer Display (CDS), registration here is only the second step. Ebriza CDS is a separate app: first install it from the App Store on the second tablet, the one dedicated to the Customer Display. Ebriza POS NEXT does not have a Customer Display menu within the sales app, as the old app did. The complete steps are available in the article “Customer Display Screen (CDS) App [Ebriza POS NEXT]”.
In the "POS Devices in network" section, you can add multiple devices (tablets, phones) without having to log in using the standard company name, username, and password.
Click the blue Register new device button; a PIN code for the new device you want to register will appear in the window that opens.
On the new device, tap the With QR tab, then tap the “other login methods” link (shown under the QR code: “Having trouble scanning? You can also use other login methods.”). You can then enter the PIN code.

Note: This PIN code is entered on the new device when logging into Ebriza POS based on the PIN.
IMPORTANT: The PIN code expires after 5 minutes. If this time has been exceeded, a new code must be generated.
You do not need a computer, browser, or admin account to connect a new device. You only need a device that is already connected and has the Ebriza POS NEXT app, from which you can generate the PIN or scan the QR code.
Pay attention to the QR code direction: the QR code is displayed on the NEW device and is scanned using the camera of the device that is already connected. The PIN works exactly the other way around — it is generated on the device that is already connected and entered on the new device.
For a POS tablet, there is also the option to log in with a user account (company name, username, password), directly on the new device. KDS and CDS apps do not have this option — they can only connect using a QR code or PIN, so an already connected POS device is required for them. This option does not generate any code, so the 5-minute rule above does not apply — there is no code that can expire.
I can't find the Devices section
If you cannot find the Devices section, first check where you are looking: it exists only in the Ebriza POS NEXT app, on the tablet, not in the admin account. Its absence from the admin account is not related to user permissions and cannot be resolved by logging out or granting additional permissions — it simply is not a screen available in the admin account.
The POS Devices section in the admin account is something different: it is used to manage device licenses and delete devices that are no longer in use. The PIN and QR code cannot be generated from there.
