In addition to the general settings available in the Control Center, POS includes a group of advanced settings that apply to each device individually.
In POS, go to the Other menu, then click on Settings.
In the Settings section, you will find the following options:
POS General Settings:
App Language – choose between Romanian, English, German, Spanish, or Czech.
Interface Theme – select Dark Mode or Light Mode.
Counter Mode – enabling Counter Mode is recommended when there is a high volume of orders and it is not necessary to mark products by tables or rooms. Counter Mode speeds up sales and receipt issuance.
Unregister Device – the license will be released, allowing you to log in again on the device.

Product Grid Display:
- Standard (Comfortable) – Displays products with more spacing between items for a clear and easy-to-browse view.
-Compact (Condensed) – Reduces the spacing between products, allowing more items to be displayed on the screen.
Order Ticket Position – Lets you choose how the order ticket is positioned within the interface.
Quick Payment Buttons – Choose the two payment methods you want to have readily available: Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, Fiscal Protocol, Voucher, or Bill.
Customer Identifier When Sending an Order – Allows you to add an identifier to the order ticket. This is useful when you use numbered tokens or other identification objects for customers who place orders and wait on-site.
Service Mode: Dine-in or Takeaway – Lets you include the service mode (Dine-in / Takeaway) on the order ticket if this information is important for the team preparing the orders. See more details here.
Tip Values – Choose the default tip percentages or amounts displayed in the POS.
Discount Values – Choose the default discount percentages or amounts displayed in the POS.
Delivery Settings:
New Order Sound Notification – Enable this option to receive a sound notification whenever a new delivery order is received.
Unaccepted Order Sound Notification – Receive a sound notification every minute for new orders that have not yet been accepted.
Preparation Time Options – Allows you to set a default preparation time for incoming orders.
Print Labels When Issuing the Fiscal Receipt – Automatically prints labels when the fiscal receipt is issued.
Print Customer Order Ticket Copy – Prints a duplicate of the order ticket that can be handed to the customer.
Printer Settings:
Receipt template - You can configure the appearance of the non-fiscal receipts you issue.
Kitchen Display Screen (KDS):
Time for orders history KDS - You have the option to set how long your order remains marked as completed in the KDS.
