In addition to the general settings available in the Control Center, POS includes a group of advanced settings that apply to each device individually.
In POS, go to the Other menu, then click on Settings.
In the Settings section, you will find the following options:
POS General Settings:
App Language – choose between Romanian, English, German, Spanish, or Czech.
Interface Theme — choose from three options:
- System - applies the device operating system theme at app startup.
- Dark — dark mode, applied regardless of system settings.
- Light — light mode, applied regardless of system settings.
Counter service - opens a sub-page where you activate counter selling (Enable counter mode) and configure the options that apply to counter receipts: Service mode dine-in or takeaway, Show cash back for cash payment, and Customer identifier. The main row shows an Activated or Deactivated pill.
Table service - (available only on Horeca locations) opens a sub-page where you activate table service (Enable table service mode) and configure independent options for table receipts: Service mode dine-in or takeaway, Show cash back for cash payment, and Customer identifier. These options are separate from the counter ones and can be configured differently. The main row shows an Activated or Deactivated pill. If you turn table service off, the Rooms section disappears from the POS bottom bar.
Unregister Device – the license will be released, allowing you to log in again on the device.
Notifications Settings:
Always notify delivery orders — the new-order sound plays on any screen in the app. When this option is off, the sound only plays while you are on the Deliveries screen; if you open an order's detail or switch to another screen, new orders are no longer announced by sound. Disabled by default — we recommend enabling it on tablets that handle delivery orders.
Notify delivery orders every minute — repeats the sound once a minute for as long as there is at least one new, unhandled delivery order. Works on any screen. Not applicable to the KDS app. Disabled by default.
Order and Receipt Configuration:
Product Grid Display:
- Standard (Comfortable) – Displays products with more spacing between items for a clear and easy-to-browse view.
-Compact (Condensed) – Reduces the spacing between products, allowing more items to be displayed on the screen.
Order Ticket Position – Lets you choose how the order ticket is positioned within the interface.
Quick Payment Buttons – Choose the two payment methods you want to have readily available: Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, Fiscal Protocol, Voucher, or Bill.
Service Mode: Dine-in or Takeaway - this option is now managed separately for the counter and for tables, from the Counter service and Table service sub-pages.
Tip Values – Choose the default tip percentages or amounts displayed in the POS.
Discount Values – Choose the default discount percentages or amounts displayed in the POS.
Delivery service:
New Order Sound Notification – Enable this option to receive a sound notification whenever a new delivery order is received.
Unaccepted Order Sound Notification – Receive a sound notification every minute for new orders that have not yet been accepted.
Preparation Time Options – Allows you to set a default preparation time for incoming orders.
Print labels — prints a label for every issued fiscal receipt.
Print client receipt copy — prints an extra copy for the client..
Delivery list columns – Lets you choose which columns appear in the delivery list. The Status column is always visible. All other columns can be toggled individually. The Address (delivery address) and Due by (expected delivery time) columns are hidden by default.
Ask for bag count on ready for pickup — when enabled, marking a delivery order as ready for pickup (i.e. issuing the fiscal receipt for the delivery order) opens a "Number of bags" prompt where the cashier enters how many bags will be picked up (default 1). The prompt is shown for every delivery provider, but only some (currently Bolt) forward the number on to the courier via their own app. Cancelling the "Number of bags" prompt cancels the ready-for-pickup action too — the order status is not advanced. The setting is off by default.
Printer Settings:
Receipt templates — configure the printed receipt layout (the appearance of the non-fiscal receipts you issue).
Kitchen Display Screen (KDS):
Time for orders history KDS - You have the option to set how long your order remains marked as completed in the KDS.
