How do I enable sound notifications for delivery orders?
If the Ebriza app doesn't ring when receiving an order from Wolt or Bolt, follow these steps to enable sound notifications:
Open the POS and access the main menu (the four lines in the upper-left), then go to Settings → POS Settings.
Check the option Always notify delivery orders.
Make sure the tablet volume is at maximum to hear sound notifications.
Verify in the Deliveries section in the POS that the restaurant is active.
After these steps, you will receive sound notifications every time a delivery order arrives.
Edge case — automatic acceptance disables sound notifications
If you have automatic order acceptance enabled (see the Wolt or Bolt Food articles for details), the app will NOT ring when a new order arrives. Expected behavior: the order is accepted automatically and the order receipt prints directly to the printer or Kitchen Display Screen, with no manual intervention.
